Privacy Policy
Bok4Sports is a supporter-facing beta for school rugby fixtures, live scores, results, rankings, and school profiles. This policy covers the current web app and PWA beta.
Data We Collect
The public app can store a favourite school on your device using browser local storage. Public score submission buttons are not enabled in the current beta; score corrections and support requests are handled by email and may include the fixture, score, optional contact detail, and your note so the issue can be reviewed.
The protected admin area uses Supabase authentication. Admin account email addresses are handled by Supabase Auth. Public predictor accounts are not enabled yet.
How We Use Data
We use support and correction data to verify fixtures, scores, and result corrections. We do not sell personal information. We do not publish supporter contact details on public pages.
Children
The beta is intended for adult supporters, parents, schools, and rugby administrators. Do not submit personal information about children through the app. Player-level features are not enabled in this beta.
Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@bok4sports.co.za with enough detail to identify the submission or account.
